The history of our apartments dates back to 1985 when in the heart of Val di Sole the Rossi family startded the project for the construction of some apartments. Their intention was to create a place immersed in nature both for relax and for carrying out activities that only the mountain can offer. They chose Mezzana, the enchanting village in the heart of Val di Sole.
Many years later, in 2022, the apartments were renovated so that our guests after many activities carried out in the mountains could return to us and stay in an even more comfortable place. We want our guests to say SI to the Italian Alps, to make them feel enraptured by their beauty and thei energy, to learn about the tradtions and to exploit the incredible potential that distignguishes ths valley. We have done our best to make our apartments cosy and modern equipped so the our guests can feel like they are at home.

Val di Sole is surrounded by the most famous mountain ranges of the Alps which reache ove 3000 meters above the sea level; we are talking about Brenta Dolomites group, the Presanella-Adamello, the Maddalene and Ortles-Cevedale group which togather with the Stelvio National Park create unique and unforgettable atmosphere.
The amazing heritage of this region is its pristine water. The Noce river, which flows throug Mezzana was recognized by National Geograpic as one of ten best rivers for rafting. The valley enjoys extremly cleam air due to the presence of countless forests that will help you forget the chaos of the city and tiredness. Enjoy the energy of this place and find your balance.

Our apartments enjoy an excellent location as they are placed in the heart of Mezzana. The bus stop is right next to our apartments. Restaurants, bars and shops with local food are located a few steps away. We have prepared for you a parking located right next to the building, icycle deposit, and access to the garden, terraces and outdoor spaces dedicated to the ralaxation and games to let you spend free time outside. There are at your disposal trekking poles, yoga mats, picnic blankets and others.
Val di Sole is an ideal place for both active holidays and peaceful relaxation. The rich infrastructure of the Valley offers the endless opportunities; from kayaking excursions to rafting, from climbing along vie ferrate to trekking, from horse riding to mountain bike tours. In addition to the excellent cycle paths of different degrees of difficulty, there are also parks (Bike Park) dedicated to the bikers, including famous all over the world Val di Sole Bike Park where the MTB World Cup races take place.

Otherwise, if you choose relax you will find picnic areas with breathtaking views, easy hiking trails, benches in the shade of trees perfect for reading a book. There is no need to mention many, excellent restaurants located along the routes which offer local dishes and specialities. We will help you to plan a variety of attractions and activities. We will indicate where to rent equipment, we will advise you on various possibilities to spend your time in order to make your holiday unforgettable and tailor-made for you.
