For the love the the mountains, in 1985 the Rossi family started a project for the construction of some apartments in the center of the charming village of Mezzana. Their only goal was to create, in the heart of the Val di Sole, well known for its beautiful nature, an ideal place to realx and holidays.

Years later, in 2022, the apartments were renovated to ensure continuity to the project and beyond many activities offerd by the mountains, to make our guests come back to us and stay in more cozy and comfortable place. We want our guests to say SI to the Italian Alps, to make them feel enraptured by their beauty and thei energy, to learn about the tradtions and to exploit the incredible potential that distignguishes ths valley. We have done our best to make our apartments cosy and modern equipped so the our guests can felle like they are at home.

Val di Sole is surrounded by the most famous mountain ranges of the Alps which reache ove 3000 meters above the sea level; we are talking about Brenta Dolomites group, the Presanella-Adamello, the Maddalene and Ortles-Cevedale group which togather with the Stelvio National Park create unique and unforgettable atmosphere. The name of the valley is non accidental, as the average number of sunny days exceeds 250 days during the year. Despite this the snow conditions on the local slopes are one of the best in Europe.

The valley includes such skii resorts as: Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo. Val di Sole is connected to the ski resort of Madonna di Campiglio which can be reached with a single Skipass named Ski Area. This gives you nearly 200 km of ski slopes. Only a few kilometes away there is Ponte di Legno Tonale, locality with its Presena glacier opend all year long which offers over 100 km of additional routes. If this is still not enough, you could let yourself to be temped by Skirama Dolomiti, a pass which gives you an opportunity to visit three other ski resorts: Dolomiti Paganella, Monte Bondone e Alpe Cimbre what means over 150 km of slopes more.

Val di Sole is an ideal place for active recreation for both thrill-seekers and families with children. The rich infrastructure of the valley provides infinite possibilities. The main advantage of this place is modern ski infrastructure diversified by various routes, which provide great fun for both experienced skieres and children. In addition to the well-prepared slopes, there are several different snow-parks. The most famous is the Ursus Snowpark Arena Madonna di Campiglio, considered one of the best in Europe. The smallest skiers will have great fun in several snow parks which have been set up for them. Val di Sole offers also excellent conditions for having fun with snowmobiles, freeriding or cross-riding skiing.

Otherwise if you choose relax…put down your skis, take your snowshoes to escape to the mountains into the forest to enjoy beautiful views, silence and clean air. Do you want to spend time with family of friends? Perhaps ice skating will be a great fun non olny for children but also for adults. There is no need to mention many, excellent restaurants located on the ski slopes which offer local dishes and specialities. We will help you to plan a variety of attractions and snow activities. We will indicate where to rent equipment, we will help you to organise a ski school for your children, propose various ways to spend time and make your holiday unforgettable and tailor-made for you.
